Upper Leg Numbness And Menstruation Tingling And Numbness On Thigh And Upper Leg???

Tingling and numbness on thigh and upper leg??? - upper leg numbness and menstruation

I am 11 weeks pregnant, and I noticed in the night, when I had on the right side of my right thigh sleep some tingling and numbness. Is this normal. I just noticed that a month ago and has not disappeared. And I realized that goesdoes during the night my right hand for much sleep. Need advice?

Sleeping on the left side ... and avoid sleeping on your back ..

The left side has a better flow of blood and oxygen!

When the baby grows when you lie on your back, the weight compresses the inferior vena cava and the aorta - the two biggest blood vessels in the body. It can lead to a decrease in the uterine circulation and cardiac output, which can cause a reduction in blood pressure. There is nothing to cause serious damage, but it's better if they can not lie.

The same thing happened to me! I started alone in my left side to sleep with a pillow between your knees and now my leg is not numb.
