Private rental of a boat) is difficult (and costly. There are few companies that organize trips to fishing, but from what I remember in this connection for friends a few years ago none of them had websites. Those who not only do they sell fishing equipment.
Tip: Google / yahooing fishing in Barcelona and work through. If you do not speak Spanish, could be forced to this by a 3rd party business can do to organize (a lot of bachelor parties undertaking such things, but I can not vouch for all). I hope that helps. Or at least it saves you time.
